Welcome to filled with cheese (and love) , a fanlisting for quesadillas, approved by the one and only fanlistings.org! A fanlisting is a collective of people who have a particular affinity for...well, for just about anything, really. This one is dedicated to my favorite food of the last half of my life - quesadillas! I first ate a quesadilla at the Oaxaca restaurant in Sedona, Arizona, in June 1992. I have eaten many, many more since.
